Greenville, SC – The Greenville Triumph Soccer Club and Bon Secours St. Francis Health System have announced a multi-year partnership that will see the health system become the team’s official medical provider for the inaugural 2019 soccer season and beyond. Bon Secours will partner with the team to be the primary care provider for Triumph players. In addition, the partnership will include activations in the community on charitable and wellness initiatives.

As part of the agreement, the Bon Secours logo will appear on the front of the team’s training jerseys as well as the sleeve of its game day kits for both the first team and retail.

“Bon Secours is a renowned health system and a model organization for making an impact on the community through its daily business,” said Chris Lewis, president of Greenville Triumph SC. “The people are a vital component to any successful partnership and with Craig McCoy’s leadership, an incredible team of physicians and sports medicine professionals and a top-notch business-side staff, we felt Bon Secours was the perfect fit for player care and our vision for impacting the communities of the Upstate through our club. We are looking forward to continuing to work with the Bon Secours team to create unique and meaningful initiatives that will benefit the Upstate both now and in the years to come.”

Bon Secours Piedmont Orthopedics will offer comprehensive health services including team physicals and on-site injury assessments. The physician leadership and expertise in medicine will afford high quality healthcare services to the soccer team.

“Bon Secours St. Francis Health System is honored to not only offer our healthcare services to the team members of the Greenville Triumph Soccer Club but also to have the opportunity to partner with the Triumph as we together make a difference in the Upstate,” said Craig McCoy, Market President of Bon Secours St. Francis Health System. “We are committed to not only serving those who are sick and require acute and ambulatory healthcare services but also to proactively reach out beyond the walls of our hospitals to help those in our community."
