Greenville, SC – The Greenville Triumph (3-3-2) hit the road following a 1-0 win against Richmond, as they travel to Tennessee to take on the Chattanooga Red Wolves (2-4-2) at 7:00 pm on Saturday, May 25 at David Stanton Field.
What to Watch For:
– Scenic City Rematch: Greenville defeated Chattanooga 1-0 in Week 3, outshooting the Red Wolves 11-5. The Triumph make their first trip to David Stanton Field and will play their second road match on an artificial surface.
– Eyes on the table: Though it’s early in the season, this weekend presents a big opportunity for the Triumph to solidify their position in the top 4 with Richmond losing to Orlando Wednesday night.
– Winless Streak: Chattanooga comes in to Saturday’s match winless since April 20th and on the heels of a rough 4-0 loss to FC Tuscon last weekend. Though only 3 points away from fourth, Things could be headed south quickly with a Triumph win this weekend.
