Greenville, SC – Upstate Spine & Sport is set to return as a Greenville Triumph wellness and recovery partner for the 2020 season, serving as the club’s official chiropractic clinic. Upstate Spine & Sport plays a key role in the on-field performance of Triumph SC players.
Dr. David Jolson and his staff, voted the Upstate’s Best Chiropractic practice in 2018 and 2019, work weekly with Triumph players during the season, focusing on a variety of medical techniques designed to enhance player performance and recovery throughout the eight-month-long season. With Dr. Jolson’s intensive and unique medical experience, Triumph players are able to receive chiropractic care, massage therapy, fascial stretch therapy, and acupuncture all under one roof.
“We’re so happy to have really skilled people, with passion and care for what they’re doing, that want to get our players healthy and on the field quickly,” said head coach John Harkes. “It brings immense value to our club to have Upstate Spine & Sport available to us on a weekly basis. Dr. Jolson brings a lot of knowledge to what he does. To have that as a support structure within our community is huge, and we would not have been able to get to the finals last year without the staff at Upstate Spine & Sport.”
Jolson, who also serves as the sports chiropractor for Furman University, started Upstate Spine & Sport with the vision of integrative health solutions joining together under the same roof with the goal to decrease pain and increase movement quality as quickly as possible. For the Triumph, that means addressing injuries from training and practice while also helping to prevent future on-field injuries.
“I’d like to thank the Greenville Triumph leadership team, coaching staff and the guys for their trust as the team chiropractor,” said Jolson. “I’m looking forward to helping our team stay on the field, decrease pain, and ultimately win games these next few years.”
