Greenville, SC (February 25, 2020) – The Greenville Triumph Soccer Club has announced its match day theme designations and promotional schedule as part of the release of single match tickets for public sale ahead of the club’s season opener on March 27th.
The Triumph will host Opening Night, presented by Hampton Station, on March 27th as the team kicks off the 2020 season versus the Chattanooga Red Wolves. Fans can purchase a 4 + 4 ticket package that includes four scarves with the purchase of four general admission tickets. The ticket and gift package will be the first of many offered throughout the season. Last year, GTSC’s home opener garnered a sold-out crowd of over 4,000 fans and a 2-1 victory over Lansing.
Highlights of the promotional schedule include:
- A post-match autograph session as the defending League One champions, North Texas SC, make their way to the Upstate on April 26th at 3pm. Triumph players will be available for a total of two post-match autograph sessions during the season with the other date confirmed for May 17th against Tucson. Team posters will be given away to fans to be signed by Triumph players and coaching staff.
- Youth Soccer Night, presented by State Farm, on May 9th, which will also involve a special Mother’s Day ticket package.
- Salute to Service Night, presented by Greenville Heritage FCU, will take place on May 30th against Fort Lauderdale CF and will include a 2 + 2 ticket special with a patriotic hat giveaway.
The summer months will look familiar to Greenville Triumph fans with the return of Pride Night (June 11), 864 Night, presented by Pepsi of Greenville (July 18) and Hispanic Heritage Night, presented by Bud Light (August 15). The club is also planning a bobblehead giveaway on July 31.
To close out the 2020 season, the Triumph will pay tribute to those who fought and are fighting the battle against cancer with the club’s annual Triumph Over Cancer Night, presented by Bon Secours, on September 25th. Fans who purchase the match’s special ticket package will also receive a free beanie.
The club will finish their home slate on October 2nd, honoring its fans and supporters for their second-year support by hosting Fan Appreciation Night, presented by ScanSource.
