Opened by the Rosensteel family, The Uptown Company embodies Chris Rosensteel’s dream of becoming a chef. After attending The Culinary Institute of The Carolina’s, Chris returned to The Uptown Company and worked his way into the role of head chef. As a Greenville native, Chris and his family have seen where the city came from and are expecting to be an extensive part of Greenville’s future.
