Greenville, SC – The Greenville Triumph Soccer Club is set to face the Chattanooga Red Wolves at home on Saturday, September 11th – the 20-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. The club has designated the match Heroes Night, presented by Greenville Heritage Federal Credit Union, celebrating the Upstate’s military, first responders and their families.
The club has worked with corporate partners and local businesses to donate tickets to local first responders, military personnel and their families for the Sept. 11 match. Fans purchasing tickets to the match will be prompted with an option at checkout allowing them to donate tickets. Fans unable to attend the 9/11 match that would still like to make ticket donations can do so here. General tickets and donation tickets start at just $10.
Events begin at 5:00 PM, with an interactive Touch-a-Truck expo on Bramlett Rd., featuring military, police, EMT and fire department vehicles. The club will have special prematch and halftime ceremonies recognizing local heroes, so fans will want to arrive early ahead of the 7:00 PM kickoff. The first 700 fans in the gates will receive a color-changing Triumph water bottle, courtesy of GHFCU.
