To simplify the fan experience at Paladin Stadium—and to prepare for a seamless transition to the new stadium in Mauldin—we’ve streamlined the seating map into three zones: BlueChoice HealthPlan FieldClub, Center Circle, and General Admission. This allows us to focus on providing the best experience possible in each section.
Why are there higher fees this season?
As part of our commitment to improving the fan experience, we’ve invested in upgraded ticketing platforms and systems. While this has led to some increased fees, we’ve done our best to minimize them. In return, we’re offering flexible payment plans, early renewal discounts, and added value through exclusive benefits and experiences.
What payment plan options are available?
We offer flexible, no-interest payment options to fit your budget:
- Monthly Plan: Pro-rated monthly payments based on when you sign up.
- 4-Part Plan: Four equal payments.
- 50/50 Plan: Pay half now, half later.
- Pay in Full (PIF): Knock it out upfront and enjoy a smooth season.

When is the new stadium opening?
We’re on track for a move in 2026! The season will kick off at Paladin Stadium, and we’ll keep fans updated with detailed communications as we prepare to open our brand-new home.
What happens if the team moves to the new stadium mid-season?
If we transition mid-season, your season ticket membership will come with a guaranteed seat in the new stadium that reflects the section you renewed into. We’ll share seating maps and relocation details as the timeline becomes clearer.
Will my seat location carry over to the new stadium?
Yes, renewing your 2026 membership gives you priority access to similar seating in the new stadium. While the layout will be different, current members will receive priority choice during the relocation and reseating process.
Are there any incentives to renew early?
Absolutely. Fans who renew by the early deadline (September 13) will earn an early bird discount, exclusive prize drawings, gain access to special events.
What is the 12th Man Referral Program?

Yes! Renewing members will have the first opportunity to upgrade seats, move sections, or add additional seats before we open to the public. Contact your account rep for more info.
Is there a deadline to renew my tickets?
Yes, renewal deadlines will be clearly communicated to give you plenty of time to secure your spot. After the deadline, seat locations are no longer guaranteed.
How do I renew my tickets?
You will have a seat reservation emailed to you to complete the renewal. Additionally, you can contact your dedicated Sales and Service consultant to complete the renewal.
